Creating beautiful pieces of jewellery is my passion! It first began about 25 years ago when Fimo jewellery was all the rage in the eighties and when I moved to the Sunshine Coast in 1985, I sold my work at Eumundi Markets for a year or so when those markets were very small! Over the years I have dabbled in many crafts including folk art painting, silk painting, stamping and beaded jewellery on and off, making presents for people and jewellery for special occasions including weddings and debutante balls.
I have had a Sunday morning stall at Cotton Tree Markets on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia, since January 2006 and in February 2010 I began selling my jewellery on the last Friday of each month at the Nambour Moonlight Markets as well. I have met some wonderful people, many of whom return to the markets each time they visit the Coast for holidays, and I have made some great friends from around the local area and interstate through my jewellery.
My clever daughter, Emma, completed her degree in computer based art and design at USC in 2009 and this website is in existence thanks to her creativity and talent, not to mention hard work! She also designed the TJT logo, the business cards, took some of the photos and taught me how to maintain the website! She is now sharing her prodigious talent working for Lynette Anderson Designs - Lynette is a talented quilt and patchwork pattern designer and you can visit her blog. Fortunately, I still get to "borrow" Emma to design stationery and promotional material etc. for me on her days off.

The jewellery displayed on these pages is only a representation of some of my work, with most pieces able to be changed from silver to gold and the Swarovski Crystals and Crystal Pearls come in a myriad of colours, so if you see something you like, but want it in a different colour, this can be achieved. Enjoy browsing The Jewellery Tree or come and visit me at the Cotton Tree Markets, King Street, Cotton Tree every Sunday.
